Our Standards.
We maintain low ratios to ensure each child receives individualized attention and care — exceeding state requirements across every age group.
How Our Tuition Works
At Academy on the Hills, we believe quality early childhood education should be financially accessible for Orange County families. Offering competitive rates varying by program and schedule. We offer both full-time and part-time options to fit your family's needs — contact us to discuss what works best for your child's age and your schedule.
A one-time registration fee of $150 covers enrollment paperwork, licensing forms, and initial classroom materials. There are no hidden fees or surprise add-ons: enrichment programs (STEAM, Dual Language, Music, Dance, Soccer, Tae Kwon Do, Yoga), outdoor learning activities, and all classroom supplies are included in your tuition.
For full-time children, hot breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack are prepared fresh on-site daily — also included at no extra charge. Our kitchen operates under USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) guidelines, so you can be confident every meal meets federal nutrition standards.
Our private kindergarten adds a $150 book fee, which includes shipping and handling and covers the A-beka and Scholastic materials used in class. Computer learning is included at no extra charge, and continuing Pre-K students attend a kindergarten preparatory class over the summer at no extra cost.
Our teacher-to-child ratios stay below California state maximums at every age group. Smaller groups mean teachers can observe each child's progress closely and adapt activities to individual learning styles, which makes for a calmer, more focused classroom.
Hot Lunch, Breakfast & Snacks.
Our Hot Lunch program serves nutritious meals daily. Each meal includes a main entrée, side dishes of fruits and vegetables, and a choice of juice or milk. Each healthy, hot lunch is cooked on site following all State Nutritional Guidelines. Breakfast and a nutritional snack are provided each day at no additional cost. All meals are cooked in-house under Child and Adult Care Food Program guidelines.
